S1E12 - Uncle Jae’s

On this week's episode of The WON Podcast, I am joined by a very good friend of mine, the founder of Uncle Jae's, Jae Evans.

During the pandemic, and even stretching back to last year, Jae has seen the opportunity to start up his own takeaway service in Bedford, focusing on Caribbean cuisine whilst now exploring the possibilities of bringing American dishes to the menu, extracting recipes from his family's roots. Jae has been cementing his name within Bedford as the go to place for Caribbean food and is also drawing up a plan to expand it even further.

Jae is also no stranger to creating music, released under the name Jae 40, and even touches on a potential release later before the end of this year, working closely with Bedford artist, Junior and alongside The 40.
